Software Channel Sales Executive — Mid-Atlantic Region

NetReach Technologies, located in the northwest suburbs of Philadelphia, PA, is a rapidly-growing full-service web design/development company specializing in highly interactive content managed web solutions using cmScribe, its premiere web-based Content Management System (CMS).

We are expanding rapidly and are currently seeking a results-oriented Channel Sales Executive for the Mid-Atlantic Region (New York / Princeton / Philadelphia / Baltimore / Washington Corridor). If you are an excellent communicator, understand business drivers, are a self-starter, and hungry to win your next sale, then this is the job for you! This is a challenging opportunity for an individual with channel sales experience and an interest in selling a very competitive mid-market .NET web CMS solution with related services. The sales executive who is motivated and performance driven can basically “write his or her own ticket” when joining our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Channel Sales Executive (CSE) is responsible for sales of cmScribe and related services in the assigned territory to third parties, i.e., interactive agencies, web development agencies, system integrators, value added resellers, and corporate resellers.

As a Channel Sales Executive, you will need to understand how to sell a complete set of web-based development services ― including web content management software. You will bring value to our consultative sales approach through your understanding of key business drivers, web-based technologies, and challenges, including how our web-based CMS solution can deliver business results. You should feel comfortable speaking with CEOs, VPs of Marketing ,and IT Staff members.

You should have a good technical background and be able to communicate effectively with prospects and partners; however you will also have access to a Technical Sales Executive for support, business meetings, and demonstrations as needed.

In addition, the CSE will:

  • Close sales in order to achieve or exceed individual quotas and company business objectives.
  • Develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts within established territory.
  • Call on prospective customers, provide technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quote appropriate customer prices.
  • Manage customer relationships and influence customers' requirement specifications.
  • Be instrumental in the development of proposal writing.
  • Accurately maintain partner pipelines and the sales growth within the region.
  • Assist partners with selling cmScribe, closing business, developing sales, and marketing plans.
  • Balance time between revenue generating activities and relationship building.
  • Create business plans for top partners to successfully manage direct and indirect partner businesses for growth.
  • Provide constant feedback to internal teams to assist in Marketing, Product Development, Engineering, and Strategy.
  • Preparation and review of Quarterly Business Reviews with both the partner and cmScribe management.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 3-5 years content managed web design/development sales experience in your assigned region with an established network of contacts, i.e., you can hit the ground running.
  • You will have completed a professional sales training, i.e., Sandler, Xerox, etc.
  • College/University degree required.
  • Proven “hunter” background.
  • Possess the ability to gather information on customer business processes, critical success factors, and competitive standing to deliver value-added business solutions.
  • Experience building a sales pipeline and positioning business to close.
  • Consultative, solution-focused sales experience selling web services.
  • Independent thinker and worker with good judgment skills and proven track record in problem solving.
  • Excellent presentation skills, business writing skills, and oral communication skills.
  • Must be capable of balancing general prospecting requirements, fulfilling customer needs, and meeting company expectations and goals.
  • Aptitude to quickly come up to speed on new technology concepts.
  • Ability to translate technology features into business benefits.

Familiarity selling mid-market CMS solutions, including .NET i.e., Ektron, Sitecore, Kentico, Crownpeak, a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary with commissions commensurate with experience.

eMarketing Specialist / Writer

(www.cmScribe.com ) We are currently seeking an energetic and talented eMarketing Specialist, who will work closely with the Executive VP of Business Development, to plan and execute online/digital initiatives for increased awareness, new business acquisition, and relationship building.

Successful candidates possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, are proactive and results-oriented. Can you research, conduct interviews and apply critical thinking to produce compelling, quality written materials for dissemination across various online digital channels? Familiarity with blogs, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, webinars, and press releases is part of the landscape.

Job Qualifications and Experience include:

C# / .NET Developer

We are currently seeking an experienced programmer to join our team on a contract basis.

The successful candidate will be a .NET Developer with a minimum of 3 years experience in OO technologies with strong .NET framework (3.5 preferable) skills including C# and ASP.NET.

  • 3+ years of working experience using Microsoft Development tools with strong C#, .NET Framework 2.0

Web Designer / Developer Front-End Coder

NetReach, located in the northwest suburbs of Philadelphia, PA is a full-service web design/development company specialized in highly-interactive web solutions and web applications based on our proprietary content management system, cmScribe, built on Microsoft’s .NET platform. We are currently seeking an experienced Web Designer / Developer to join our team on a contract to full-time basis.
The responsibilities of this position include:
  • Website Design (approximately 25% of time)
  • Website Development using XHMTL, CSS, Javascript and jQuery (approximately 75% of time)
  • Integration of front-end code into cmScribe Content Management System.

Job Requirements

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Expert understanding of XHTML 1.0 specifications.
  • Expert understanding of using CSS 1, 2 as a design tool.
  • Expert understanding of the DOM and its levels of browser support.

You should feel comfortable talking with the CEO, VP of Marketing or the IT Staff.

We are looking to interview candidates based in an area where he/she can easily service clients in the New York/Princeton/Philadelphia area. (Delaware, Baltimore and Washington D.C. are also possibilities, but not preferred.)

  • Lead generation and prospecting
