NetReach offers support services through our team of consultants, designers, and technology specialists.
We provide ongoing support to our projects in the form of web design, programming, consulting, training, and technical support. We offer four levels of support packages to suit your needs, each with a progressively greater savings in hourly cost.
Our maintenance agreements cover:
- Graphic design.
- HTML updates.
- Patches.
- Programming.

Please note that our support agreements do not apply to new website construction, large development projects or the cost of software upgrades. Agreements expire one year after receipt of payment, and unused hours expire at the end of the term.
